How Do You Open The Layer Toolbar On Gimp 2?
I recently downloaded the newer version of Gimp, which is Gimp 2.
But I can’t find out how to open the layer toolbar so I can see all my layers.
Can someone help me with this?

I am creating a club at my high school, and it would be great to have club t-shirts for all members. Where can I send in the logo and design I want and have them make the t-shirts for me?(I am thinking about making around 30 shirts)
