SSO Graphics

My design was made messing around with photoshop, but it was made with low resolution pictures. So I want a slicker, higher resolution one from my design. I want to spend as little money as possible as most of the companies operation depends on future investments and I don’t have a ton of start up money to spend. Any recommendations?

Photoshop CS3s vanishing tool is great for things like cubes. But how and can you get it to work on objects such as pyramids, 3d pac man shapes, spheres, etc…? If possible, and link would be great.
