I am planning on designing one for a potential client and want to get an idea of how much to charge.

I want tyo learn new techniques on photoshop, but it seems I cant find it. Is there any site offering the best beginner tutorials for photoshop?

Im starting out doing tattoos and need instructions on using The Gimp program to turn pretty much any picture into just the lines of it so I can print it out on my stencil printer to do outlines.
