Go to http://grafixpressions.com/ and submit a custom order for a sticker and put it on. They are great and fairly quick at Grafixpressions

There are a couple of options.
First sketch out the design. If you have any design programs make it digital. Preferably vector. Adobe Illustrator is an example of a vector based design program. If you can not make it digital take your design to one of two places.
First you could go to a sign shop they can make the logo digital then cut the logo out of vinyl so that you can stick it on your board. Or you could use the reverse of the sticker as a template to paint the board.
Second you could go to a screen print shop. They could use an outdoor ink for the logo.
Or you could go to a craft shop and get some maskit and use it to cut your own logo.

Well, if your planning to sell it, thats illegal.
But anyway, if you want to put a logo on it, I suggest you find your design and either get someone to make it into a stencil, or do it yourself. If you wand, your could:
-spraypaint it
-paint it
or any other way of coloring it you can think of.
Hope I helped.

Ask you Graphic Design Teacher in your jr./high school if you can make a sticker, that’s what i did when i wanted to make a sticker for my car.

I’ve heard many of my friends use these special markers and they also use stencils
