well, start with your school colors and logo, then find out what they do overall, and add those images and symbols into logo,

you can use tools like adobe illustrator and photoshop or corel draw, if you don’t have those yet, try their trials , if not those theres gimp and inkscape, which will do great, you’ll have to find out from school what software is allowed and formats they use,
