well i don’t know about free logo services website as well as there is no free logo services in this World wide web.. well i know a reputable logo design services website which deal in custom logo services in very cheapest price as well as the do a great discount for there valuable clients

If you are looking to make a logo for a website I would use http://cooltext.com/. I have used them many times and they are great. If you are looking to trademark a logo for a business and use it on promotional items I would use http://www.typography.com/home/index.php...
They charge but it is well worth it. They are the best in the business in my opinion.
